§ 1 Introductory Provisions

  1. The Online Store ScreenStyle, available at the internet address screenstyle.eu, is owned by a natural person conducting unregistered business activity:

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules and procedures for concluding a Distance Sales Agreement with the Consumer through the Store.

§ 2 Definitions

  • Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  • Seller – the natural person specified in § 1, point 1.

  • Customer – any entity making a purchase through the Store.

  • Store – the online store run by the Seller.

  • Distance Sales Agreement – a contract concluded within an organized system of concluding distance contracts, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.

  • Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent made via the Order Form, aiming directly at the conclusion of a Product Sales Agreement.

  • Product – a movable item available in the Store which is the subject of the Sales Agreement.

§ 3 Technical Requirements

To use the Store and place orders, the following are required:

  • A device with Internet access and a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

  • An active e-mail account.

  • Enabled JavaScript and Cookies support (as per the Privacy Policy).

§ 4 General Information

  1. The Seller is not liable for disturbances caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or technical incompatibility of the Customer’s infrastructure.

  2. Prices are listed in EUR and are Gross prices (including VAT where applicable via IOSS for dropshipping).

  3. Omnibus Directive: In the event of a price reduction, the Store displays the lowest price of the Product during the 30-day period prior to the introduction of the discount.

§ 5 Placing an Order

  1. To place an order, the Customer must add the Product to the Cart, fill in the Order Form (delivery address, contact details), and click the “Order with Obligation to Pay” button.

  2. Choosing a payment method and completing the transaction is required for the order to be processed.

§ 6 Delivery and Payment Methods

  • Delivery: Handled via international couriers (e.g., InPost, DHL, or local EU carriers).

  • Estimated Delivery: Since products may be shipped via dropshipping, the delivery time is specified in the Product description.

  • Payment: Handled via WooPayments.

§ 7 Performance of the Sales Agreement

  1. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation e-mail from the Seller.

  2. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order, the Order will be automatically canceled.

  3. Delivery is available to Poland and selected EU countries.

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal (The “Withdrawal Button”)

  1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

  2. Withdrawal Button: In accordance with 2026 EU Law, the Consumer may exercise this right by clicking the “Withdraw from Contract” button available in the user account or footer, or by sending an e-mail.

  3. The Seller shall refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

  4. The Consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product.

§ 9 Conformity of Goods (Complaints)

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract.

  2. In case of non-conformity (defects), the Consumer has the right to demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

  3. Complaints should be sent to: contact@screenstyle.eu. The Seller will respond within 14 days.

§ 10 Limitation of Fulfillment

The Store reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of an Order if the Product is unavailable due to stock errors or unforeseen supply chain disruptions. In such cases, the Customer will be refunded in full immediately, no later than 7 days.

§ 11 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

  1. The Consumer has the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution.

  2. EU residents may use the ODR Platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

§ 12 Final Provisions

  1. Contracts are concluded in English.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms for valid reasons (e.g., changes in law). Customers will be notified 7 days in advance.
